Bnwwear is product of Rensons Brothers LLP. When you visit our website or buy something from our store, you agree to terms set out in this agreement. We reserve the right to change terms set in this agreement. When we do so, we will update this page and mark the date when updates were made.
General Conditions
You may not use our products to conduct any illegal or unauthorized activity that violate laws in your jurisdiction.
You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our product, marketing, copywriting, images, video and packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse orders you place with us. This could be due to limited inventory, lack of logistics support in your location or payment issues raised from our payment gateway providers.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
Pricing
We price our products with a lot of thought and rarely change them. In occasions when we need to, we reserve the right to update our product prices and discontinue them based on our own discretion. When we update a products price, this website will clearly reflect the current price of the product. Discontinued products may no longer appear on the website.
Gift cards, Rewards and promo codes.
Gift card and reward credit may be issued only directly from us. The recipient will receive an email notification containing a unique code. Each gift card has a balance, which when used during checkout, applies a credit towards the final purchase. This code is meant for the recipient only and should not be shared. The gift card is usable only on purchases made on our store and valid for one year from date of issue.
We reserve the right to cancel issued gift cards if the system is used for spam or abuse.
Warranty and Returns
We offer product exchange within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. When you request an exchange or pickup, we try to offer a pick-up service, but it is not guaranteed. In such cases, we request the customer to ship the return themselves. Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
A return order is ineligible for exchange if it is done beyond the 15-calendar day period, or if it is used or returned without original packaging. If we receive an in-bound shipment for an ineligible return, goods will be recycled or discarded without notice. No exchanges or refunds will be applicable and an additional service fee may be charged. If you send an unauthorized in-bound shipment, we will be unable to serve you in the future.
If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at info@bnwwear.com from the email you placed the order with. As a small business, we cannot sustain and accept standard and defective product requests beyond 15 calendar days.

Certain content on our store may link to third-party websites like Instagram, Twitter and Facebook that are not affiliated with us. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
