Ugggh!! Wrong size or unhappy with the apparel? Bnwwear will accept exchange of merchandise with original receipt within 15 days of the purchase. For all exchange orders, an amount of INR 299 will be deducted from returned amount as shipping and sanitisation deduction.   

Note: Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 offer can neither be exchanged not returned.

What is your returns policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bnwwear do not entertain returns of any items purchased. 

 

What is your exchange policy?

BNW Wear accepts exchange of merchandise with original receipt within 15 days of the purchase. All goods must be unused and in the condition in which they arrived to you.

Your return/ reverse pick up request will only be accepted after successful payment of 299/- (including sanitisation and forward and reverse shipping of the product). You will receive the link for payment in the provided e-mail after raising the exchange request. The amount will be credited back to your Store Credit which can be redeemed in your next purchase.

Please note: BNW Wear do not accept exchange or returns of accessories (caps, socks, sunglasses, masks, etc) sold. 

How long do exchange take to process?
We hate waiting too but please allow up to 7 working days from the date we receive your product(s) for exchange to be processed. 

What is your return address?

What if I received a damaged product?

If you have received a damaged product, we apologise. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click a picture of the product and email at support@bnwwear.com
We will issue an exchange or store credit, whatever the client prefers.
